Aromatherapy Blend
This is a 1 ounce bottle of blended essential oils, formulated especially for the treatment of headaches. Simply opening the bottle and breathing it in brings a sense of tranquility.

The essential oils are in a base of sunflower oil. Keep in a cool, dark place, upright and capped. If your skin is especially sensitive, test the blend on a small section of your skin before using liberally. Also, keep a bottle of pure vegetable oil close by to dilute, if neccessary.

The blend of essentials oils consists of:
Lavender - to calm stress and tension, balance the emotions
Peppermint - to reduce pain, brighten moods, improve mental clarity
Grapefruit - to refresh, energize, help focus
Helichrysium-to relieve pain, lift spirits, calm stress and tension

Gel Pack
This can be used hot or cold at the onset or during a headache episode. Most people find relief by applying the gel pack to either the forehead, front or back of neck, over the eyes or anywhere you feel pain.

Some people have reported that using a heated pack during a stressful time has actually warded off a headache.

Try using it both ways and see what works for you. In either case, hot or cold, leave it on for about 15 to 20 minutes and give yourself an hour between each use. Apply either directly on the skin or with a thin cloth in between.

In the "Tips" section of the manual you canl find ways to use the gel pack.
